MEET THE THERAPIST
Hi there, I’m Anna.
More than a therapist or practice owner, I am a person first. It's easy to get caught up in the many roles we play, but I believe it's essential to reconnect with our core selves. I'm here to guide you back to your roots, to who you are at your core as a person. When you remember who you are at your core, you stop losing yourself in what you do and start bringing your whole self to the life you are continuously creating.
Bringing therapy back to its roots.

My Path
My career has spanned diverse settings, from partial hospital programs and community mental health to in-home therapy and research. I cannot articulate the full experience of working in different settings without acknowledging the core behind the passion of what my work is today: the therapist's journey.
My path to this point has been shaped not only by kind mentors and powerful learning opportunities but also by witnessing the systems that often under-serve those training to carry such a heavy burden – the therapists themselves.
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), I'm a therapist, mental health advocate, and the founder of Continuum Psychotherapy and Wellness. It is my goal to support therapists at all stages of their careers; graduate students, pre-licensed clinicians, and seasoned therapists. The process of becoming a therapist does not create space for a therapist to be a person. It can be very rigid with unrealistic expectations.
I am a therapist who supports mental health professionals at various stages of their lives and careers. Whether you are looking for therapy for yourself or consultation for your private practice, I strive to provide a space that is tailored to your specific needs not only as a therapist or a business owner but most importantly as a human being first.

How Can I Support You?
I am here to validate the experiences that many therapists have had and encourage them to advocate for themselves wherever their career might lead.
